Greer, CPCU, has been qualified in both Federal and State Courts as an expert in claims handling and best claims practices, with a particular strength in workers’ compensation. His expertise and viewpoint have proven invaluable in resolution of claims-related adversity and litigation since 1995.
His written testimonial was recognized by the Editor of The National Underwriter in the Spring of 2006 on the insurance industry’s response to Hurricane Katrina, and was read into the Congressional Record during the investigative hearings in the summer of 2006.
